Sherlock: The Abominable Bride (2016): Trailer & What to expect?

One of the most awaited film premieres – Sherlok (by BBC) – has finally been announced to be aired on the first day of 2016. The special episode got title “Sherlock: The Abominable Bride”. What will be special about it? Well, this time the creators again tried their best to twist the plot and place the heroes – Sherlock Holmes and John Watson – into such circumstances which any fan of the TV series could have never expected and imagined.

What to expect from Sherlock: The Abominable Bride?

Irrespect the idea of modern Sherlock Holmes, this time the famous detective and his loyal friend Dr. Watson are placed into original Victorian time London of 1884. They have topuzzle together a mysterious murder case of the abominable bride. The adventurous investigation will throw them to the limits and require utmostly felixible logic and mental ability to uncover the truth.

We remember the ending of the previous season. Moriarty was back. And the audience has been waiting for the 4th season to witness how it was possible, and how this time the genius detective and the genius detective will outsmart each other. But in this special episode “The Abominable Bride” our anticipation to see the mental and logic battle of Sherlock and Moriarty will remain as such as the great villain will not appear in the first episode of the new season.

Sherlock: The Abominable Bride is expeced to be more mysterious with a shade of  something supernatural and unexplainable from the scientific point of view.

For the first time the new episode “Sherlock: The Abominable Bride” will come onto big cinema screens. Special theatrical screenings will be held indifferent countries. The special screening of “Sherlock: The Abominable Bride” has the episode itself with the duration of 90 min plus a bonus – special short films: tour around Sherlock Holmes’s house on Baker Street, and the making of The Abominable Bride. The duration of the bonus part is 20 minute. Only cinema goers will have the chance to see it.

Theatrical release date-wise:

1st January 2016 – UK;
2nd January 2016 – South Korea;
4th-5th January 2016 – Russia;
5th January 2016 – USA;
19th February 2016 – Japan.
